Vcrest provides a V-Protect (personal) program where for a fixed fee our technicians will either go on-site (for desktop) or pick-up (for laptop) a Windows-based system to solve problems like sluggish system, a system with viruses/trojans/spywares, error messages when windows starts up or inability to connect to Internet. The service also includes updates to all operating system critical patches (Windows XP/2000/ME/98), maintenance, spywares removal and update of all virus definition files and installation of other preventative security measures as required.

If necessary, specific hardware diagnostics will be done to determine whether the system has any hardware problems.

What V-Protect (Personal) provides?

• Vcrest will make sure your anti-virus software is operating properly and fully protecting your programs and data
• We make sure that all patches and other critical updates are loaded
• We scan for viruses and spywares or other security intrusions and take appropriate and immediate remedial action
• We repair and recover to the greatest extent possible computers harmed by virus, spywares or other security attacks

V-Protect (Personal) cost S$80* per service for a single computer. Compare this small investment to the time and effort required to reload your computer from scratch.
